In the bustling city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from January 6th to January 15th, 2024, we hosted a transformative youth exchange mobility project titled "The Right Steps in the Internet World and Leisure." The initiative aimed to address the pressing need for individuals to create a peaceful balance between their online activities and real-life engagements.

Project Overview:
The main focus was to empower participants with essential cyber security methods, ensuring a safer and more responsible digital presence. The project attracted a diverse group of young individuals grappling with the challenges of excessive internet use. It provided a unique space for these participants to connect, learn, and form lasting friendships through engaging informal games and workshops.

Key Objectives and Achievements:

Participants in the project gained valuable insights into fraud prevention and secure information access, contributing to a safer online experience. The focus on enhancing digital skills empowered participants to navigate the dynamic digital landscape more effectively. Emphasis was placed on developing time management skills to distinguish and manage time spent online versus offline, fostering a healthy lifestyle. The project highlighted the effective use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to encourage collaboration among participants. Raising awareness about cyberbullying equipped participants with tools to combat online harassment. Advocacy for inclusivity and equality within the digital realm ensured that the benefits reached a diverse audience. Participants were encouraged to explore innovative ways to use technology, promoting creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Addressing the importance of developing skills for effective online time management was a significant aspect of the project.
