Activity - Initial Partner Meeting

On 18–19 March 2026, we met in Sofia for the first partner meeting of the AI Skills Hub project, hosted by the Get Involved Association.
Together with our partners from Romania and Poland, we aligned expectations, signed the partnership agreement, and worked on shaping the upcoming activities.

Over the two working days, partners collaboratively developed and finalized the concept of the upcoming Local AI Literacy Workshops, agreeing on their structure, methodology, key topics, target groups, and implementation approach, while also setting clear responsibilities, timelines, and next steps for the project’s successful execution.
