→ What is the project about?
Support teachers in schools with limited resources by:

  • Introducing ideas for tackling early school leaving and student disengagement -  Tackle systemic issues like low student motivation, high dropout rates, and disparities in educational achievement due to socioeconomic status and geographic location.

  • Empower teachers in under-resourced schools - Equip educators with effective, inclusive, and engaging teaching methods (e.g., Montessori, Suggestopedia). Provide tools to address classroom management, student engagement, and emotional well-being.

  • Raise awareness about EU opportunities for school staff - Introduce teachers to the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ as tools for professional growth and international collaboration.

→ Key Activities

  • Interactive themed workshops in partner schools delivered by certified experts on topics such as Montessori – Inspire Through Intrinsic Motivation, Waldorf – Holistic Engagement in Education, Inclusive Suggestopedia – Adapting for All Learner, Empowering Minds – Principles of Positive Discipline, Harmony in Teaching – Blending Suggestopedia and Discipline.
  • Educational podcast series on Spotify, covering each method
  • Teacher community building via Facebook and messaging groups
